Starting from 1 January 2018, the UAE Government has introduced Value Added Tax (VAT) at a standard rate of 5% applicable to most goods and services in the UAE. SMCCU will comply with this mandate and a 5% tax will be included to our ticket prices.

Returns Policy
SMCCU tickets sold online through this website are done so the cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of program, after this time we charge you 30% of the price as a cancellation fee.
The refund will be transferred to your bank account 15 days after the date of the program.
By completing your transaction, you are accepting this policy. Please select your program carefully and double check that.
